Why Did a Card Payment from My Preferred Account Fail?
A payment may fail if none of the accounts listed under your Preferred Accounts holds a sufficient balance to cover the entire transaction amount. The system automatically scans through your list of Preferred Accounts to identify an account with enough funds. Should it find none, the payment will not be processed successfully.
If you encounter such an issue, you should either review your Preferred Accounts list or top-up your Bano account to ensure sufficient funds are available for future transactions.
