Steps to find Original Payment or Transaction

1. Open your Bano app and access your account.
2. On the main account page, locate and tap on the cashback transaction you've received.
3. Look for a string of numbers or a reference label next to the cashback transaction that says "prev-payment" or similar.
4. Tap on this string of numbers or label, and you will be redirected to the original transaction that the cashback is associated with.
