Normally, cashback will take up to 10 business days to appear in your Bano Balance. Cashback rewards, which range randomly between 0-20%, are subject to payments from Mastercard and its merchants. Bano does not guarantee that every card payment will receive rewards, and we do not support using this function to generate revenue.
