I have an unauthorised transaction on my account, what should I do?

Please confirm if the transaction is under pending period. Because you can’t dispute a transaction while it’s pending. Therefore, if you have concerns about a pending transaction, monitor it closely and wait until it is processed.

If you didn’t recognize the transaction and believe it’s a suspicious transaction, promptly follow the necessary steps to raise a dispute.

  1. If the transaction was made by your card, cancel your Bano Mastercard through the Bano app. 

  2. Fill out the Cardholder Dispute Form

  3. Sent the filled dispute document to [email protected]
