Mastercard is Now Live

Make sure you join the Mastercard family before 31st of January 2024!

We want to inform you of an important update regarding our card services at Bano. Bano is now a principal member of the Mastercard family. This will affect both your current virtual and physical cards.

We also invite you to join the Mastercard family before 31st of January 2024 to ensure continuous access to our services and other benefits such as Cashback and Split Bill Rewards. You will be required to obtain a new virtual and physical card.

To obtain a New Virtual Card:

1. Open your Bano App and select the 'Card' icon on the homepage.

2. Swipe to the 'Virtual Card' section and tap 'Apply.'

3. Await approval.

To obtain a New Physical Card:

1. Ensure that you have a valid Australian residential address.

2. Open your Bano App and select the 'Card' icon on the homepage.

3. Swipe left to the 'Physical Card' section and tap 'Apply'.

4. Fill in your billing and mailing address details.

5. Submit your application and await approval.

Important Note

Keep in mind you must update your current VISA cards to Mastercard before 31st of January 2024. Your new virtual/physical Bano Mastercard will also have a different card number, CVC and expiry date. It is highly important that you update your card details with your current online merchants.
